1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings made through JetInTickets.com are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and a ticket confirmation is issued.

  • Once a ticket is issued, the passenger’s name and travel details cannot be changed unless allowed by the service provider (airline, bus company, etc.) and may incur a fee.

2. Ticket Types

  • Tickets are categorized as either refundable or non-refundable based on the fare rules of the carrier.

  • Some tickets may be partially refundable, depending on the travel provider’s policy.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellation and modification requests must be submitted through your Jet In Tickets account or by contacting our support team.

  • Airlines and bus operators may charge fees for cancellations or date changes. These charges will be communicated to you before processing the request.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations are subject to processing times set by the carrier and payment processor.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to check in or board your scheduled service without canceling in advance may result in a total forfeiture of your ticket, with no refund.

5. Rescheduling

  • Flight and bus tickets may be rescheduled if permitted by the travel provider. Change fees and fare differences may apply.

  • Some discount tickets may not allow any changes after purchase.

6. E-Tickets & Travel Documents

  • All confirmed bookings will be issued as electronic tickets (e-tickets).

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, identification, and boarding information are accurate and up to date before traveling.

7. Responsibility

  • Jet In Tickets acts as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers. We are not responsible for schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or other operational decisions made by the service providers.

  • In the event of a schedule change or cancellation initiated by the carrier, we will assist you in obtaining a refund or rebooking, according to their policy.
